Choline

This supports muscle performance during exercise, and can improve stamina, meaning you can exercise for longer and more efficiently.

It is found in foods, such as eggs and liver, but most people do not eat anywhere near enough to reach the recommended intake of 550 mg/day for men and 425 mg/day for women.

This is a complex vitamin which helps your liver break down fats in the body. When taken in combination with choline, inositol forms a compound called lecithin which is known to fight fat. There is evidence to suggest that it can help your body burn fat while you sleep.

Taurine is an amino acid which is typically found in meat and fish.

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s)

These are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oil. While fat is often blamed for weight gain, there are some “good” fats which actually help weight loss. Numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT Oil for other fats in a healthy diet support a healthy weight.

Pyruvate

When combined with a low calorie diet, pyruvate may increase weight loss. A study in the “American Journal of Clinical Nutrition” found that women, who took the supplement alongside a calorie-restricted diet, lost more weight than those who only dieted without taking Pyruvate.
